By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the following:
1. Returns & Exchanges
• Exchanges allowed within 2–3 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
• No refunds — exchange for equal or higher value (price difference applies).
• Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable and paid by the Customer.
2. Cancellations & Deposits
• Orders cannot be cancelled after payment or deposit.
• Deposits are non-refundable, even before delivery.
• Promotional or sale orders cannot be cancelled.
3. Delivery & Installation
• Free installation upon first delivery.
• Delivery will be made within 2-3 working days.
• Reinstallation or relocation is chargeable.
• The Company handles curtain, chandelier installation — no electrical work.
• Self-installation voids Company responsibility.
4. Inspection & Damage
• Check items upon delivery before signing.
• Post-delivery issues are covered only if caused by Company staff.
• Customer-caused damage (misuse, transport, self-installation) is not covered.
5. After-Sales Service
• Repair or replacement for confirmed manufacturing defects or Company-caused damage.
• Customer-related damage may be repaired at Customer’s expense.
6. Delivery Conditions
• Delivery can be rescheduled 2–3 days in advance with no charge.
• Company not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or access issues.
• If access is limited (narrow doors, no elevator), the situation will be handled individually.
7. Undelivered Orders
• Undelivered or refused orders cannot be cancelled; the Company may take necessary action.
